Samosi Support Website
Clear answers around a private wardrobe.
Explore the project
The project
Samosi needed a public place for help and product information outside the app. We built a small website with an introduction, support guidance, privacy information, and terms of use.
This case study presents the website through archived source captures. Its role was to explain the product’s account and data choices, rather than provide wardrobe editing in a browser.

Our approach
The four-page structure uses restrained typography, a consistent header, and direct navigation. The home page introduces local-first use and reviewable AI extraction; the support page organizes common questions into readable sections.
Help topics cover purchase restoration, subscription management, synchronization, backups, sign-out, and account deletion. These explanations remain separate from the formal privacy and terms documents.

What we built
The delivered site gave product support and policy information a consistent public format.
Product introduction
Explain the wardrobe app and its approach to optional image processing.
Support guidance
Organize account, purchase, backup, and synchronization questions by topic.
Policy pages
Provide dedicated privacy and terms pages with shared navigation.
Direct contact
Offer a clear email route for questions that need personal support.
