Dr. Mariam Tsivtsivadze — Clinic Website
From choosing a service to arranging a clinic visit.
Explore the project
The project
Dr. Mariam Tsivtsivadze’s clinic website gives visitors a practical way to explore treatments and consultations, then arrange an appointment. Georgian and English interfaces carry the same service, time and contact-details flow.
The clinic catalog groups consultations, minimally invasive procedures and surgical topics. Service-specific rules determine which appointments support an online consultation and which require a visit to the clinic.

Our approach
We connected the public booking steps to the clinic’s working schedule. Available times account for service duration, working hours, minimum notice and calendar conflicts; the server checks availability again before creating a reservation.
A persistent booking summary keeps the selected service and appointment details visible. Google Calendar supports the clinician’s scheduling workflow, while confirmation emails and Google Meet links cover the relevant visit formats.

What we built
The website brings the clinic’s service information and appointment process together. Telora has a separate branded booking experience on the same scheduling foundation.
Clinic service catalog
Treatments and consultations are organized around the clinic’s own services.
Appointment selection
Visitors choose a suitable date, time and supported consultation format.
Bilingual booking
Georgian and English versions guide visitors through the same steps.
Connected confirmations
Reservations connect to the calendar, email and supported video meetings.
