The project
Running a utility product requires a different view from using it. The Zinfo Admin Dashboard brings operational information into a private browser console, with a command center and dedicated workspaces for investigation and configuration.
Its audience is the product operator. The dashboard is separate from both the customer web application and the public website, and it is not offered as an open-access service.
Our approach
We connected overview cards, trends, service probes, and detailed records through a consistent navigation system. User, subscription, vehicle, notification, and reminder information can be examined in focused areas without losing the wider operational context.
The integration boundary keeps backend credentials on the server. Read-only mode and explicit action boundaries distinguish inspecting information from changing the service. The production deployment documented for this case study remains write-disabled.
