The project
Customer-facing insurance journeys depend on staff reviewing information and moving work forward. IGG’s operations dashboard gives those teams a separate interface for requests, compensation records, motor and travel cover, and related administration.
The dashboard serves a different audience from the customer portal. Its navigation reflects staff roles, with distinct access to medical, motor, sales, insurance and administrator workflows rather than one identical menu for every user.
Our approach
We built insurance-specific tables and record views around the work being handled. Filtering and detail pages support reviewing individual submissions, while relevant motor records carry sales and insurance approval states and responsible-manager information.
Administration extends to manager access and travel tariff settings. The tariff editor groups country rates, incoming travel, student packages and general settings, keeping those operational values within a dedicated interface connected to the wider insurance system.
What we built
The result is a private operational workspace alongside IGG’s public and customer products.

Staff see the operational areas associated with their assigned role.
Insurance work queues
Dedicated tables and details support requests, compensation and cover records.
Approval and assignment
Relevant motor workflows include approval stages and manager responsibility.
Tariff administration
A dedicated editor organizes travel rates and related settings.
