The project
IGG’s mobile companion provides an app-based entry point to its services. It combines customer portal access with native screens for insurance products, motor cover and contact information.
The application is a hybrid experience: its Home tab embeds the self-service portal, while other tabs present their information through React Native components. This structure keeps the customer’s insurance account connected to the same underlying web service.
Our approach
We built the branded launch experience and tab navigation around these different surfaces. Portal navigation sits inside the app, and selecting the Home tab supports returning to the portal’s starting point after moving through its pages.
Native information screens explain available products and motor-cover options, with links to relevant documents. The contact view brings together office information, phone and email actions, and a map, giving users direct routes to the insurer from their device.
What we built
The mobile deliverable complements IGG’s web platform. The account journeys reuse the portal; the app adds its own navigation, presentation and native information screens.
